Julian Koster (musical saw/banjo/accordion/bass guitar) and
producer-instrumentalist
Robert Schneider. Neutral Milk Hotel were one of the original members of the
Elephant Six Collective, based in
Athens,
Georgia. They have been on an indefinite hiatus since 1998.
